[Development Case] Predictive Maintenance System

By using various analysis methods, we improve accuracy! Here are examples of development in the measurement field.

We will introduce a case study of a measurement and analysis system that collects production information obtained from equipment to predict equipment failure signs and quality degradation signs. Based on the input information, analysis is performed using FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) and MT (Mahalanobis-Taguchi Method).
