We will introduce a development case of a system that controls the loading position of packages onto a conveyor sorter and the sorting position for delivery chutes, enabling appropriate automatic sorting of packages. Using information from various sensors, the system determines the presence of packages and prevents collisions, ensuring safe transportation and sorting of packages. The control PLC manages the start/stop and automatic speed control of the conveyor sorter.
