[Development Case] Food Production Management System
It is now possible to automatically send production instruction information that varies by product to the production line! Here are some examples from the manufacturing industry.
We would like to introduce a case study on the development of a food production management system. Production instruction data is received via FTP communication from the upper core server and registered in the database as the day's production data. Upon detecting the production start signal from the production line PLC, the day's production data is sent to the PLC along with the inspection information from the product inspection machine.
