[Development Case] Temperature Control System

Preventing defective products through temperature transition graphs of each temperature controller! Introducing examples from the manufacturing industry.

We would like to introduce a case study of a system that allows for bulk changes to the settings of temperature controllers installed on the manufacturing line to values specified for each product number. By registering the settings for each temperature controller in advance according to the product number, it becomes possible to switch the settings of all temperature controllers at once when changing the product number being manufactured. As a result of the implementation, work errors have been reduced, and it has become easier to check for any temperature abnormalities. 【Case Overview】 ■Industry: Manufacturing ■Field: FA/Control ■Development Environment ・Terminal: Windows 10 Pro (x64) ・Environment: DB (SQL Server) ・Language: VC++ (MFC) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

basic information

【Introduction Effects】 ■ By allowing the settings of all temperature controllers to be changed collectively with simple operations, work errors are reduced. ■ By being able to check the current temperature and its changes in a graph, it is easy to confirm whether there are any temperature abnormalities. ■ From the temperature transition graphs of each temperature controller, it has become easier to prevent the occurrence of defective products and to detect abnormalities in temperature controllers and heaters. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
