Recently, we have received a significant number of inquiries regarding issues such as "using the motor roller in both forward and reverse rotation, resulting in transport failures." While forward and reverse rotation is technically possible, it was not originally anticipated in the finished product. It seems that some customers have changed the direction from the same direction to forward and reverse, or that set manufacturers have set it up without investigating the usage methods. To enable forward and reverse rotation, it is essential to select different motor rollers and implement control systems. If you have any concerns or questions, could you please contact us first? We do not have rental machines available, but we offer free transport tests with demonstration machines at our showroom. *If it is difficult for you to visit us due to geographical issues, you can send the actual work (transported items) to our company, and our staff can record a test video and send you the data.
