We have prepared a "Simple Cleaning Unit" to assist with mask cleaning. The Simple Cleaning Unit consists of three types: "Chemical Unit," "Scrub Unit," and "Dry Unit." - Chemical Unit: Dissolves and removes resist residues and sublimates adhered to the mask surface using recommended chemicals. - Scrub Unit: Performs scrub cleaning of dirt such as particles adhered to the mask surface using a combination of recommended chemicals and a cleaning brush. - Dry Unit: Dries the cleaned wet masks using warm water extraction. The Simple Cleaning Unit can be used in conjunction with the equipment you are already using, allowing you to choose each unit as needed. If you have requests such as: "I want to dissolve and remove resist in a heated chemical immersion tank!" "I want to scrub clean with a brush!" "I'm concerned about drying stains, so I only want drying!" Please feel free to consult with us. Combinations can be freely accommodated.
