We would like to introduce a case where "TR533" was implemented in gelato manufacturing and sales. The customer operates a doll store as their main business and started gelato manufacturing and sales as a new venture during periods other than the peak demand for dolls, such as Hinamatsuri and Tango no Sekku. In starting gelato sales, it was not permissible to directly attach lids due to the use of dairy products. As a solution, a compact top seal machine was introduced.
