We would like to introduce a case study where the introduction of our tabletop top sealer 'TR900' has led to prevention of liquid leakage and an extension of the sales period. By sealing with a top seal instead of traditional lid packaging, air exchange has been eliminated, reducing the speed of deterioration, which ultimately allowed for an extension of the shelf life and sales period. Additionally, since liquids were being filled, there were instances of leakage during transportation due to vibrations, even with a securely fitted lid. However, this issue was improved by switching to a top seal.
