High-precision mirror-type dew point meter. It has a built-in pump, flow meter, and pressure sensor, allowing for accurate low dew point measurements.
● Dew point measurement range: -75 ℃dp to +20 ℃dp (MBW973S/E/CA) ● Realization of high response speed with ORIS function ● Built-in pump, flow meter, and pressure sensor (varies by model) ● Equipped with Stirling cooler (only for 973L) ■ The MBW973 dew point meter uses the ORIS (Optimum Response Injection System) function to forcibly add a small amount of moisture to the mirror surface, increasing the amount of condensation on the mirror surface. This achieves a reduction in the time required to stabilize in low dew point regions. Additionally, with the built-in pump, flow meter, and pressure sensor, measurements can be started immediately.
