Gas molecules such as saturated water vapor, oxygen, and hydrogen contained in process gas have the property of absorbing near-infrared light. The wavelength range at which gas molecules absorb near-infrared light varies depending on the type of gas, and by precisely measuring the wavelength range absorbed by saturated water vapor using TDLAS, it is possible to accurately measure the amount of saturated water vapor without being affected by other gas molecules. Additionally, we have re-evaluated the design concerning the issues of high cost and the need for large installation space that were problems with conventional laser absorption spectroscopy, achieving miniaturization and lower prices. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
