● Proper management of N2 purge volume for various process equipment ● Improved safety through explosion limit management ● Domestic explosion-proof certification obtained ■ This oxygen concentration meter is designed with double safety in mind, equipped with two sensors to handle unexpected situations. ■ It features a feedback control function for the flow rate of inert gas introduced into the process vessel. ■ This oxygen analyzer employs a unique pinhole-type galvanic sensor that is resistant to high temperatures, high pressures, and impurities, with a fast response time. ■ By controlling the appropriate flow rate of inert gas, it can reduce VOCs that are discharged simultaneously with the inert gas. ■ The calibration of the oxygen sensor is fully automatic, and it can output predictions for sensor replacement timing and alerts for replacement timing. ■ It includes three contacts for remote status indication, four factory-set contacts, and five user-set contacts.
