Regarding the measurement gas
It is important to know what kind of gas is being measured. Even if measurements can be taken, there may be cases where errors occur, so I will introduce some representative examples.
We handle the iTMA series of phosphorus pentoxide moisture meters, which can measure moisture even in corrosive gases. The phosphorus pentoxide type has a simple structure, consisting only of a housing, electrode rod, electrodes, and seals. In the iTMA series, all gas-contacting parts are made from corrosion-resistant materials, allowing for moisture measurement in corrosive gases. The sensor material is glass, with a platinum electrode (rhodium is available as an option) spirally wound around it. The sensor housing can be selected from SUS316, Hastelloy, or Monel, and there are various types of O-rings available. Gases that can be measured include: Cl2, HCl, H2S, SF6, H2SO4, SO2, HBr, CO2, D2, O2, C2H2, carbonic acid, PH3, Freon, etc.
