Demister
Capture, collect, and remove mist and suspended droplets from gas samples!
● The shell and tube heat exchanger continuously removes solvent droplets, mist, and vapor from the sample flow. ● The counterflow cooling jacket configuration lowers the temperature of the sample gas and promotes condensation. ● Internal stainless steel mesh packing: provides additional surface area for cooling and improves system reliability. ● Low maintenance - with no moving parts, maintenance costs and unplanned downtime are minimized. ● Corrosion-resistant structural materials - stainless steel tubes with copper jackets. ■ Neutronics' demister is a pre-treatment component for products. In many applications, it is necessary to lower the temperature and remove suspended liquid droplets from the gas sample flow. Designed for water or air, the cooling jacket allows the demister to function like a heat exchanger, lowering the temperature of the sample gas. The internal stainless steel mesh packing serves two purposes: it provides the additional surface area needed for cooling and captures, collects, and removes mist and suspended liquid droplets from the gas sample flow.
