Acid scrubber
For the removal of acidic substances in sampling gas.
● Effectively removes water-soluble components (such as hydrochloric acid, ammonia, etc.) from the sample gas. ● The flow direction of the sample gas is opposite to that of the scrubber liquid, improving performance. ● Continuously sprays water or cleaning solution from the top to enhance the removal of contaminants. ● The drain port at the bottom facilitates the discharge of cleaning solution, simplifying use and maintenance. ● Made from corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel, selected from kyner. ■ Neutronics Acid Scrubber is designed as a pretreatment device. It removes contaminants and particulate matter that can corrode or clog sampling equipment and oxygen sensors from the sampling gas. Designed for continuous operation, the average lifespan of the filter media depends on the flow rate of the sample and the concentration of acid in the sample gas.
