Revolutionary Drying Technology The Redox Master Dryer is a groundbreaking drying system that promotes drying by disrupting hydrogen bonds between water molecules and reducing cluster size through multiple types of ions generated by a plasma ion generation device (MIRA). Unlike conventional heat source dryers, it operates at low temperatures of around 20°C to 60°C, resulting in extremely low energy requirements for drying and significantly reduced processing costs.

Redox Master is a groundbreaking large-scale drying machine developed by Glenkar Technology. It dries organic materials at an overwhelmingly low cost compared to conventional technologies (approximately one-third to one-twentieth) while significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions (about 40% to 70% reduction). This new drying technology operates at low temperatures (around 20°C to 60°C) and processes materials quickly (within a few hours to one day) without carbonizing or oxidizing them, which is completely different from traditional methods. By enabling rapid drying, it reduces running costs. Additionally, because it dries at low temperatures, the dried materials can be reused as fertilizers or animal feed without damage.

Drying Ability (Bench Test of MIRA Engine Irradiation) Two containers were filled with 100g of water each, and a small test MIRA (power consumption below 0.1Wh) was set up with the distance between the ion emission outlet and the water surface at 5cm, 10cm, and 20cm. Under conditions of no heat generation or heating, no airflow, and an ambient temperature of approximately 25°C, various ions generated by this device were irradiated onto 100g of water. The evaporation amount of water was determined by measuring the residual mass every 12 hours up to 48 hours, thereby evaluating the drying promotion ability. Introduction to the Redox Master Experimental Building Tekken Kousan utilizes the Redox Master Experimental Building located within the Construction Technology Comprehensive Center of Tekken Construction Co., Ltd. (Narita City, Chiba Prefecture), which is equipped with one Redox Master small machine, to offer trial drying services (for a fee) to customers interested in implementation. This facility serves as a showroom where the actual operating conditions of the Redox Master dryer can be continuously observed.
