Automotive-grade GAM AL7: Non-heat-treated high-strength aluminum alloy
Contributes to lightweighting and cost reduction in automobiles without the need for heat treatment.
In the automotive industry, reducing vehicle weight is a crucial challenge for improving fuel efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions. The adoption of high-strength, lightweight materials is essential for addressing this issue. GAM AL7 does not require heat treatment, allowing for reduced manufacturing costs while achieving high strength. This contributes to the lightweighting and durability enhancement of automotive parts. 【Application Scenarios】 - Automotive parts (e.g., engine components, chassis components) - Improved fuel efficiency through weight reduction - Reduction of CO2 emissions 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction in material costs - Shortened production time - Decreased environmental impact
