[New Product] Allergen Eye Immunochromatography for Heating Cashew Nuts

A new inspection kit has been introduced that is designed to detect cashew nuts, which are scheduled to transition to designated allergens in the 2025 fiscal year! It can specifically detect only cashew nuts.

The "Allergen Eye Immunochromatography Heating Use Cashew Nut" is a testing kit designed to confirm the presence of allergens in raw materials and processed foods. To accommodate the transition to specific raw materials planned for the fiscal year 2025, we have been developing a cashew nut testing kit. Recently, thanks to Prima Ham's unique technology, we have successfully created a monoclonal antibody that specifically reacts only to "cashew nuts" (patent pending). The detection sensitivity is 2 ppm.
