The S230 is a flexible metal hose with a fixed screw type. R(PT) screw fittings (nipples or sockets) are directly welded to the tube. A variety of tubes suitable for different conditions, from stationary piping to repeated severe bending, can be selected. It can accommodate both male and female tapered pipe threads, and various other thread standards, including NPT threads, can also be manufactured.
