■Features - The pressurization method is air-hydraulic, with a maximum pressurization capacity of 4 tons. - The clearance setting between the rolls can be easily adjusted by simply turning a handle. - The clearance display is digital and can show up to 01μm. - Safety devices include a limit switch, a transparent resin cover, and a motor with a brake as standard equipment. - The heating method has built-in heaters within the rolls, allowing for individual temperature management of the upper and lower rolls. - Maximum heating capacity is 150°C. - The roll rotation speed is adjusted using a volume control, with a maximum speed of 2 mm/min. - The compact dimensions do not limit the installation location.
