Features - The pressurization method is air-hydraulic, with a maximum pressurization capacity of 7 tons. - By installing a load cell sensor, the display device shows the actual pressurization with peak hold, maximum, and minimum value setting functions as standard. - The clearance setting between rolls can be easily adjusted by simply turning a handle. - The clearance display is digital and can show up to 1μm. - Safety features include a limit switch, a transparent resin cover, and a motor with a brake as standard equipment. - The heating method incorporates a built-in heater within the rolls, allowing for individual temperature management of the upper and lower rolls. - Maximum heating capacity is 180°C. The roll rotation speed is adjusted using a volume control, with a maximum speed of 5m/min.
