■Device Overview - This is a device for manually stacking the positive electrode, negative electrode, and separator with high precision in the lamination process of lithium-ion batteries. - In the stacking process, the positive and negative electrodes set in the stocker are alternately supplied with the separator that is roll-fed, and stacking is performed.

■Features - Compact and lightweight (approximately 50 kg), making it easy to choose installation locations. - The stacking platform is equipped with a mechanism that always presses down on the top surface of the stacked body, preventing misalignment. - The stacked body can be removed as it is already set on the stacking platform; once stacking is complete, it is clamped and removed while fixed in place. - The dimensions of the electrode plates can accommodate a minimum of 40 mm x 50 mm to a maximum of 100 mm x 100 mm.
