"REX03-α" is a "high-precision contour polishing system" that measures actual torque with a force sensor and provides direct feedback to the robot. The 5-axis polishing path is automatically generated to always process at a "normal angle" to the work surface. The 3-axis polishing path can be polished using the same path as a vertical machining center. This system achieves a uniform polishing surface through automation, which cannot be realized with numerical control or current load.
