The "REX03" is a robot polishing device equipped with force sensors, designed for rough processing of freeform surfaces including uneven shapes, without the need for robot teaching. It can perform contour polishing with a consistent force on workpieces that have variations in roundness and thickness, and is capable of processing mold dies, die-cast molds, as well as products made from hard materials and components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
