The "small carbon furnace" we handle is a heating furnace capable of achieving both a low oxygen atmosphere and ultra-high temperature processing at around 3000°C. In high-temperature processing, residual oxygen and minor leaks within the furnace can lead to oxidation, re-oxidation, and material degradation. This equipment enables ultra-high temperature processing while minimizing the effects of oxygen through vacuum pumping for replacement, a high airtight seal design, and efficient heating with graphite heaters.
