The "Thermojin CT30 Series" is a heat-resistant coating made from polyester-modified silicone resin that is baked on. It is a guaranteed product listed in the positive list of the revised Food Sanitation Act announced in April 2022. Compared to fluorine processing, which requires 400°C, the baking temperature is lower than 300°C.
