The GX solution significantly reduces setup labor while supporting the visualization of energy consumption (electricity, water, gas, etc.) at both process and equipment levels across the entire factory. [Features] ■ Easy Installation With a daisy-chain type power sensor, installation can be done with minimal wiring and space-saving even in narrow panels. It is possible to quickly aggregate power consumption remotely using a dedicated communication line. ■ Visualization of Power Consumption by Equipment and Line In addition to the overall power consumption of the factory, the grouping function of the sensors calculates the power consumption ratio by equipment and line. This allows for accurate measurement of investment effects and environmental performance when relocating equipment or introducing energy-saving devices, contributing to the formulation of effective measures. ■ Real-Time Monitoring of Demand (Maximum Demand Power) A demand threshold can be set in advance.
