We will hold a seminar titled "Practical Training Course for Auditors for 'Super Practical' Supplier Audits - Creating Audit Agendas, Summarizing and Ranking Findings, and Providing Feedback through Virtual Audits," where participants can acquire practical know-how while experiencing actual audit scenarios (simulated audits). Through simulated audits using a virtual manufacturing facility, participants will experience the entire process, including how to establish an audit agenda, extract risks from the site and documents, group and rank findings, and provide effective feedback during review meetings. Additionally, through role-playing, participants will understand the perspectives of both auditors and auditees, developing the practical skills necessary to conduct "convincing audits" in the field.
