We will explain the points to consider during the design/construction of GMP-compliant factories (including expansions and new constructions) and provide specific examples of URS (User Requirements Specification).
This seminar will explain the validation of equipment to ensure URS and design quality. As a user, you will understand through specific examples "what to demand and how far to reflect it in the design," and acquire a consistent perspective to judge equipment design, construction, and qualification evaluation (IQ/OQ/PQ). You will systematically organize aspects such as air conditioning, utility water, flow lines, interior design, pest control, risk management, and BCP, and acquire "user engineering skills" that can be immediately applied in practice to prevent outsourcing to contractors.
