Sakata Seed Corporation has started selling the watering device "Banana Nozzle," which uses spray nozzles from our partner manufacturer, Lechler GmbH of Germany. It is a watering device that is suitable for seedling production and gentle on seeds.

The patented Sonic VT (Variable Temperature) tank dryer is the fastest, safest, and most energy-efficient method for drying tanks, mixers, connecting pipes, and valves after cleaning in a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system. This "plug-and-play" design allows for immediate entry into the drying process by delivering blower heat at 160°F in a closed circuit with a pressure of 1 psi using a large volume of air. It replaces all the air inside the tank up to five times per minute to forcefully dry the interior of the tank. Without using secondary heat sources (such as gas, electricity, or steam), the VT operates more simply and safely compared to any other tank drying system.

The low-noise flat jet nozzle 'FL-600SY' has newly arrived for multi-channel jets! The noise level is reduced by approximately 60%. This air nozzle can be used not only in general industries but also in food service and medical applications. When replaced with a 4mm pipe, the noise level decreases and air consumption can be reduced by about 33%. It is a new air nozzle suitable for draining water, blowing away debris, and drying in very narrow spaces with a flat air stream. Multi-Channel Jet Series: We have started selling the Air Nozzle Series with a stabilizer attached to the FL-600E. By using the stabilizer, it has become possible to further suppress turbulence within the air nozzle. By mitigating this phenomenon, we can deliver air over greater distances. Additionally, the existing features (the internal protrusions that expel air) remain intact, allowing for the maintenance of the previous operating pressure.
