The patented Sonic VT (Variable Temperature) tank dryer is the fastest, safest, and most energy-efficient method for drying tanks, mixers, connecting pipes, and valves after cleaning in a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system. This "plug-and-play" design allows for immediate entry into the drying process by delivering blower heat at 160°F in a closed circuit with a pressure of 1 psi using a large volume of air. It replaces all the air inside the tank up to five times per minute to forcefully dry the interior of the tank. Without using secondary heat sources (such as gas, electricity, or steam), the VT operates more simply and safely compared to any other tank drying system.
