The Sonia Corporation's PTFE fluoropolymer micro feed tube is designed specifically for fluids that have a strong impact on stainless steel, particularly for pharmaceutical-related applications. The liquid must be completely isolated for reasons of hygiene and chemical reactions. The PTFE tube is mounted behind the ultrasonic spray nozzle and inserted directly at the end. The liquid is fed through the micro feed tube and atomized into fine particles from the tip of the titanium nozzle. This product can be attached to orifices with diameters of 0.03” and 0.4”. *The part number varies depending on the orifice diameter.
