The main feature of the Lehiller tank cleaning nozzle is that it cleans the inside of the tank by applying impact force to the liquid at low pressure. Additionally, cleaning inside the tank requires very strict requirements/approvals (e.g., approval from the Food and Drug Administration). The Lehiller tank cleaning nozzles are manufactured to meet those conditions with a variety of nozzles available. The spray methods range from fixed to rotating, automatic rotating to gear rotating, offering a diverse lineup. By shortening the cleaning time of the tank, it becomes possible to reduce the amount of liquid used, and it also shortens the time for the next production process. In other words, this is relatively linked to energy savings. Furthermore, by not using cleaning personnel, labor costs can also be reduced.
