The successor to the ultrasonic atomizer manufactured by Lechler GmbH, which we previously handled, has now been launched as an ultrasonic nebulizer by Sonosys GmbH. A significant difference from before is that the oscillator is now manufactured by Sonosys, utilizing cutting-edge components. The nebulizer (atomizer) section uses an equivalent product to the old Lechler model, allowing it to be directly adapted for the applications you have been using until now. Note: Please make changes to the electronic signals and connection methods due to the change in the oscillator. As before, the liquid is atomized by the vibrations within the piezo element, and the atomized liquid is transported by air blown from the air transport device. In other words, due to the slow particle velocity similar to a two-fluid spray nozzle, this product has a very high coating efficiency. This mechanical feature is also used for spraying alcohol liquids. The attached document is an example of this, so please read it, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact our staff.
