Generally, agricultural spray nozzles have been primarily used for spraying pesticides and other substances attached to helicopters and agricultural machinery. However, recently, the methods of pesticide application, as well as the regulations surrounding them, have been strengthened. Lechler GmbH provides products that comply with such laws and regulations. Among these is a drift-reducing spray nozzle, which can help minimize pesticide application. The spray nozzles used for agricultural drones have typically been standard nozzles, but there has arisen a need to modify them based on the application content. This case study serves as an example of a demonstration experiment for the spraying method in a vineyard.
