Tick Corporation Co., Ltd. will jointly exhibit at the 6th Drink Japan with Lechler GmbH. Exhibited product: Tank cleaning nozzles manufactured by Lechler GmbH. Food and beverage manufacturers must produce different products within a day (or within a week). To ensure that no foreign substances remain in the tank, various cleaning methods are employed, including manual cleaning and high-pressure spray nozzles operated by personnel. The four key factors necessary for cleaning the inside of the tank are temperature, cleaning time, chemical agents, and mechanical components. Lechler GmbH has developed tank cleaning nozzles with a particular focus on mechanical components. The main feature of the tank cleaning nozzles manufactured by Lechler GmbH is that they clean the inside of the tank by applying impact force to the liquid at low pressure. They come in a wide variety of materials and connection methods. The primary reason for this is the very stringent requirements/approvals (e.g., approval from the Food and Drug Administration). The tank cleaning nozzles from Lechler GmbH are designed to meet these conditions and manufacture various types of nozzles. The spray methods range from fixed to rotating, and from automatic rotating to gear-driven, offering a diverse lineup.
