Spraying fine particles without pressure! Atomization through the vibration of piezoelectric ceramics!! Low power consumption and low energy costs!!

Ultrasonic waves generated by piezoelectric ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle (atomizer), where they vibrate the liquid film to create extremely fine particles for spraying. Liquid can be supplied and sprayed into fine particles without the need for pressurization. The flow rate varies depending on the model, but it can accommodate a wide range from a minimum flow rate of 10 ml/min to a maximum of 100 ml/min. Since pressure is not applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the applied liquid. Additionally, there is no need for a large painting booth.
