Multichannel jet (air nozzle)

basic information

Many places still use open pipes for water drainage, blowing, transfer, and drying applications with compressors. By changing the blowing process to an air nozzle, noise generated can be significantly reduced, while also controlling air consumption and air pressure, allowing for the application of impact force. Leading with the best-selling FL-600E, compressed air is supplied from the air supply side to the nozzle opening, performing blowing with powerful impact force from that orifice. Due to the strong injection force and the laminar flow of air, it reduces waste of air consumption and lowers noise levels caused by turbulent injection, making it an environmentally friendly product that is gentle on people. The blow patterns are available in two types: flat and round. Additionally, thanks to the manufacturer's unique design, air diffusion is prevented. The air nozzle FL-600E comes standard with an orifice cover (the world's first), allowing the injection port to be closed. This helps to minimize unnecessary air blowing in undesired areas.
