Sonaer low-flow spray nozzle manufactured by Sonia Co. It can focus on small parts without waste by creating micron and sub-micron particles. There are two types of nozzles: flat and wide spray tips. These nozzles are ideal for pinpoint spray shaping, focusing particles and minimizing solution waste. With these nozzles, coating control becomes possible, easily adapting to applications that require thin and uniform application. This nozzle is lightweight, making it attractive for use in robotic coating systems. The nozzle comes in a lightweight black aluminum case (custom-made) or a stainless steel case with a stainless steel inner feed tube. The micro feed tube can be used for microliter capacities and is available in stainless steel and PTFE. The nozzle can utilize a spray shaper for pinpoint spraying, allowing for better control of your coating applications.

Featured in the May issue of 【Sonaer】 Product Navigator Target Product: Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle by Sonia Corporation We are pleased to announce that the ultrasonic spray nozzle (general) by Sonia Corporation has been featured. The structure involves a spray nozzle combined with an ultrasonic oscillator for unpressurized fine particle spraying. Ultrasonic vibrations generated by piezoelectric ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle (atomizer), causing the liquid film to vibrate and forming fine particles for spraying. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10ml/min to a maximum of 100ml/min. Since no pressure is applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the applied liquid and removing the need for large painting booths. This achieves a reduction in capital investment and running costs.
