The latest generation of Rehila's spillback nozzle elevates proven technology to a new level. The spillback nozzle is a return-type spray nozzle that atomizes liquid in a hollow conical shape. Unlike conventional nozzles, water is supplied to the nozzle at a constant supply pressure (e.g., 3.5 MPa), allowing for stable operation regardless of the actual spray flow rate. The injection amount is managed by a control valve in the return line. By opening this valve, a portion of the supply flow is returned to the water tank. Closing the control valve achieves maximum spray flow rate and maintains uniform liquid atomization across the entire control range.
