Ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the nozzle through the vibration of piezoelectric ceramics, vibrating the liquid film to form and spray fine particles. 【Sonia and Sonosis Ultrasonic Spray Nozzles】 Non-pressurized fine particle spraying using a spray nozzle and ultrasonic oscillator. Ultrasonic vibrations from piezo ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle, causing the liquid film to vibrate and spray fine particles. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10ml/min to a maximum of 100ml/min. Low Flow Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle (Atomizer) The low flow spray nozzle (atomizer) manufactured by Sonia is designed to apply droplets (particles) of various viscosities in micron and submicron sizes without over-applying them to small parts. The nozzle shape comes in two types: flat and wide nozzle tips.
