We would like to introduce examples of CFRP applications, including our production achievements. ■ LCD Glass Substrate Transfer Arm - Capable of transferring glass substrates at high speed and high precision between processing equipment. - Suitable for large glass substrates of 10 generations and can withstand high-temperature environments up to 250°C. - Usable in vacuum environments due to low outgassing specifications. ■ Silicon Wafer Transfer Arm - Reduces deflection and prevents interference with the cassette. - Shortens the time for vibration convergence during transfer operations, leading to reduced takt time. - Compatible with sizes from 300 to 450mm. - Usable in vacuum environments due to low outgassing specifications. ■ Parallel Link/Robot Arm - Enables high-speed operation, increasing payload capacity due to high strength and rigidity. - Achieves stable transfer with minimal overshoot and vibration. - Excellent vibration damping reduces the vibration time at the tip, improving positional accuracy. ■ Bag Making Machine, Film Production Line - Reduces the workload of the motor that rotates the rollers through lightweight and high rigidity. - Achieves rapid stops, high rotation, and high-speed operation due to lightweight and low inertia moment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
