Flexible elastic foamed rubber insulation material 'Armaflex Class 1' ArmaFlex Class 1 is a flexible elastic foamed rubber insulation material with a closed-cell structure based on nitrile rubber (NBR). It has high water vapor barrier performance, reducing the risk of condensation and corrosion under insulation (CUI). Its low thermal conductivity minimizes heat loss and heat gain in cold water piping and air conditioning systems, contributing to energy savings. Additionally, it possesses excellent fire resistance performance classified as "Class 1" according to BS476 Part 7, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including cold water systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ducts, tanks, and flanges. It is a high-performance insulation material that combines anti-condensation, cold retention, and thermal insulation properties with ease of installation.
