ArmaFlex Class 0 is a flexible elastic foam insulation material with a closed-cell structure developed for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) applications. Its high vapor resistance and low thermal conductivity help suppress the risk of condensation and corrosion under insulation (CUI), contributing to long-term energy-saving operations. Additionally, it has excellent fire performance that meets Class 0 rating according to BS476 Part 6 and Part 7, and it has also obtained FM certification. Furthermore, the sheet material incorporates the antimicrobial agent Microban, which helps inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria, contributing to the maintenance of a hygienic air environment. It is a high-performance insulation material suitable for condensation prevention, insulation, and refrigeration applications in air conditioning and cooling equipment.
