[Case Study of Kasaba] Glass (Automotive Laminated Glass)

We will remove the bubbles that occur during bonding by dehumidifying! Introducing our achievements in the manufacturing process of automotive laminated glass.

We would like to introduce a case where our wet-type humidity controller, "Kasaba," was implemented in the manufacturing process of automotive laminated glass. Two pieces of glass are bonded together with a transparent interlayer (vinyl film) sandwiched between them. This interlayer is made of a material that is sensitive to temperature and humidity, so it requires a low-temperature, low-humidity environment for storage. Additionally, during the bonding process, if moisture is present on the adhesive surface, it can cause bubbles to form, which is why our product is used for dehumidification. Our product blows air with a relative humidity that corresponds to the concentration of the solution, as a characteristic of the Kassen solution.
