Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus / COD Automatic Measurement Device 'NPW-400 Model'
Compact design with a reagent weighing unit! Based on the measurement methods for total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
The "NPW-400 model" is an automatic measurement device that can automatically measure total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), and COD concentrations in wastewater from factories and business establishments, in response to water quality total quantity regulations. It is based on the measurement methods for total nitrogen and total phosphorus outlined in the Ministry of the Environment's Notification No. 64 of 1974, which establishes wastewater standards based on the provisions of the wastewater standards set by the Minister of the Environment. Additionally, it adopts the "120°C potassium peroxydisulfate digestion method - ultraviolet spectrophotometry for total nitrogen measurement" and the "120°C potassium peroxydisulfate digestion method - molybdenum blue spectrophotometry for total phosphorus measurement." 【Features】 ■ Adopts the same 120°C heating digestion method for 30 minutes as the specified measurement method ■ Achieves good correlation with manual analysis values ■ Simultaneous measurement of TN, TP, and COD (UV) using a multi-wavelength detector ■ Compact design with a simple sample and reagent weighing unit ■ Realizes a simple configuration with integrated manifold piping *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
