We introduce the features of the pH meter for processes (industrial use) from Toa DKK. <Adoption of Glass pH Electrode> pH is continuously measured using the glass electrode method, allowing for constant control or monitoring of pH. <Conversion of Water Quality Meter Measurement Range to Current Signal for Transmission> It has output for measurement value signals (DC 4-20mA) and control/alarm (ON-OFF contacts). <Ruggedness> Determining the material according to the installation location is crucial. The converter uses robust materials, and the detector holder can be selected based on the customer's site requirements. <Composed of More Than Three Models> The system is composed of more than three models, including the converter (display), detector (electrode holder), and auxiliary equipment, with automatic cleaners added in wastewater treatment facilities. ■Converter (Display) It is broadly classified into two-wire and four-wire types, as well as field and panel types. ■Detector (Holder) There are immersion type, insertion type, and flow type detectors, with pH electrodes available in integrated KCl replenishing electrodes and chip exchange electrodes. Furthermore, the chip exchange type comes in KCl replenishing and KCl non-replenishing types, with the KCl non-replenishing type often used for wastewater treatment due to its good maintainability. ■Cleaner Ultrasonic cleaners are versatile, while pulse air jet cleaners are effective for wastewater, sewage, and excrement treatment. Chemical cleaners and lift-up jet cleaners are effective against crystalline dirt, among others. ■Auxiliary Equipment Pole stands, mounting brackets, dedicated cables and connector boxes, as well as calibration kits, are added according to the site conditions.
