Cap Stop "Solenoid Latch TL-258"
It is a mechanical component primarily designed for locking doors and lids.
This is a latch unit with a built-in solenoid. When closing the door, you can simply push it in as is; when opening it, you can operate it using the power switch (not possible when locked). Additionally, it also has a mechanical lock built in for emergency use (TL-258-1, TL-259-1).
