It can be used as an auxiliary conductor in addition to wiring, contributing to process reductions such as securing wiring space and performing wiring work in confined areas, as well as improving redundancy and safety in the event of a disconnection. Thanks to the specially developed mechanism, it maintains conductivity during sliding while achieving a performance of "resistance value of 0.1Ω or less" when stationary. The "resistance value of 0.1Ω or less" is a requirement specified by SEMI standards for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and this product meets that requirement.
