■High safety confirmed by "Flame Retardant Standard UL94 HF-1 Certification" Flame retardant material certified to the "UL94 HF-1" standard is used in the EPDM foam section. It can be safely selected for electrical equipment and electronic enclosures where fire risk and flame spread prevention measures are strictly required. ■Excellent outdoor weather resistance, heat resistance, and ozone resistance Compared to general rubber materials, the EPDM-based foam is strong against degradation from ultraviolet rays, ozone, and heat, maintaining reliability with minimal physical property deterioration even after long-term use. Its high compliance and sealing properties (dustproof, airtight, soundproof) due to the semi-independent, semi-continuous bubble structure allow for smooth contraction with a small pressing force (low compression stress). (Note: Waterproofing effect is also exhibited under high compression [80% or more] for products with a width of 10mm or more). ■A wide variety of options and custom thicknesses (3mm/5mm/8mm) and widths (5mm to 30mm) are available, and we can flexibly accommodate custom cutting and special shapes.
