Tokyo-made disc spring
Tokyo-made disc spring series.
**Features** - Belleville springs have a significantly higher energy storage per unit volume compared to coil springs, providing a large load capacity in a small space with minimal stroke. - The load/deflection characteristic curve can effectively be selected based on usage conditions, with options for linear and particularly nonlinear characteristics. - Spring characteristics can be altered by increasing or decreasing the number of springs and by combining them in series or parallel. - When used appropriately, they can be utilized efficiently across a wide range of applications for multiple purposes. - If used within the allowable stress range, they can withstand long-term use. - They are rich in shock absorption, and in stacked conditions, they exhibit particularly excellent cushioning efficiency. **Load Tolerance** The actual load tolerance compared to the calculated values is displayed in Appendix 1. For a plate thickness of 1mm, the tolerance for Belleville springs is larger than that for a plate thickness of 1mm. - For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
